Iman Chen started working as a Technical Manager at MongoDB in 2020. In this role, they were responsible for organizing safety and occupational health objectives, implementing safety inspection and education, and communicating with government regulatory departments. They also demonstrated good teamwork and initiative to support colleagues with urgent work.

Prior to that, Iman Chen worked at Citigroup USA Inc., starting in 2019. They held multiple roles during their time there, including Director of Operations and Finance Executive. The dates of their roles at Citigroup spanned from February 2019 to August 2023.

Iman Chen pursued education in various fields at different institutions. From 2001 to 2005, they attended The American University of Rome and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2007, Iman studied at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Technology. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance with a major in Finance at Bologna Business School.
