Hari Babu Kommi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hari Babu is currently working at MongoDB as a Lead Engineer, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior database server engineer at MongoDB from June 2019 to April 2023.

Before joining MongoDB, Hari worked at Fujitsu Australia Software Technology from January 2014 to June 2019. Hari Babu held the position of Senior Software Development Engineer, where they primarily focused on Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres and collaborated with the open-source PostgreSQL community. Their responsibilities included developing features, conducting reviews, and providing customer support for complex issues. Hari Babu also assisted in integrating PostgreSQL with big data environments.

From February 2008 to January 2014, Hari worked at Huawei Technologies India as a Senior Technical Project Lead. Here, they showcased their leadership skills and played a key role in various technical projects.

Hari's career commenced at Ni Micro Technologies India Pvt Ltd in December 2006, where they served as a Trainee Software Engineer until February 2008.

Hari Babu Kommi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Audisankara College of Engineering and Technology from 2001 to 2005.
