Hannah Lothrop (Fisher), MBA has a diverse work experience in the fields of customer success, technical solution implementation, IT audit and assurance, and management information systems.

Starting in 2015, Hannah worked as a Receptionist at Washington State University before transitioning to the role of Data Manager at the Health Profession Student Center. Hannah also served as a Managment Information Systems 250 Lab Instructor during this time.

In 2016, Hannah joined KPMG US as an IT Audit and Assurance Associate, Advisory where they gained experience in auditing and providing advisory services.

In 2017, they moved on to Smartsheet as a Solutions Consultant, where they worked on implementing technical solutions and promoting collaboration and innovation for various brands. Hannah later became a Technical Solution Implementation Manager.

Since 2020, Hannah has been with MongoDB. Hannah started as a Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. Hannah then took on the role of Senior Customer Success Program Manager before finally becoming a Manager - Customer Success Programs in 2022.

Hannah's passion for business and data analysis led their to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Data Analytics at Washington State University from 2015 to 2016, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in this field.

Driven by their commitment to continuous learning, Hannah obtained additional certifications to expand their expertise. In November 2017, they became a Smartsheet Certified User, demonstrating their proficiency in utilizing the Smartsheet platform for project management and collaboration. In December 2020, Hannah earned an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Networking, showcasing their understanding of network architecture and protocols. Furthermore, in November 2020, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Basics of Computing and Programming, highlighting their knowledge of foundational computing concepts and programming languages.
