Suzanne Giddens, PHR SHRM-CP, CPSP, currently serves as the VP and Chief People Officer at MoneySolver since January 2017, where significant achievements include receiving GlassDoor’s Best Places to Work Award in 2020. In this role, Suzanne leads HR functions encompassing talent acquisition, benefits and payroll administration, and performance management while aligning HR strategy with business objectives. Prior to MoneySolver, Suzanne held senior HR roles at Astadia, where responsibilities included policy improvement recommendations and compliance oversight, and North Florida Dermatology Associates, focusing on employee relations and compliance with federal and state regulations. The career began at Operations Support Group, where Suzanne established the Human Resources department. Educational credentials include a BS in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Florida State University.
