Kai Wern (Calvin) W. is a Data Scientist at MoneyLion, with experience in computer vision, deep learning, and software engineering. Prior to this role, Kai was a former PhD candidate at the University of Nottingham Malaysia and served as a Shop Manager at Nott-A-Shop, overseeing operations and managing a student team. Additional experience includes a software engineering position at MIMOS Berhad, where responsibilities involved maintaining and enhancing software for surveillance operations, and a summer internship in a chemical data modeling program at the University of Nottingham. Kai initiated the AgriTravels Project with AIESEC in Malaysia, promoting awareness of organic farming among students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia and Cambridge A-Levels from KBU International College.
