Wil Turcios started working at Paystone in November 2019 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to that, from May 2018 to October 2019, they worked at Zomaron as a Sr. Data Analyst. In this role, they managed the configuration and migration to Salesforce, leading the project with minimal oversight from management. Wil proactively engaged stakeholders for feedback and requirements and successfully transitioned to Salesforce.com in three months. Wil also worked as a Business Analyst at Zomaron from January 2017 to May 2018, where they managed a small team through configuration and migration to an intermediate CRM solution. Wil established processes, internal dynamic reports, and dashboards for various departments and launched the first-ever NPS/CSAT program. Before that, they worked as a Tutor at King's University College from September 2016 to December 2016.

Wil Turcios attended King's University College from 2012 to 2016. Wil obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Financial Economics during this time. Additionally, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in French Language and Literature at the same institution.
