Ahmed Yousry is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence and customer service. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at MoneyFellows since June 2019, Ahmed has successfully revamped internal policies and created the Voice Of Customer committee to enhance customer centricity. Prior roles included Team Lead for Customer Happiness, where Ahmed established a call center team, and a brief tenure as a Customer Service Consultant at CONIX.AI, focusing on customer journey mapping. With previous experience at Uber as an Operations Specialist and Community Support Specialist, as well as positions at SEG, Vodafone, Petrobel, and Halliburton, Ahmed has developed a diverse skill set in operations, customer service, and technical training. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geophysics and Seismology from Suez Canal University.
