Kimberly Keel has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as a Program Manager/Recruiter at Volt Services Group. Kimberly then worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Wilmington Finance from 2006 to 2008, where they handled the recruitment of Account Executives and other corporate positions. Since 2008, Kimberly has been employed at Kades-Margolis Corporation, first as the Director of Recruiting & Human Resources, and currently as the Vice President of Employer Plans. At Kades-Margolis, they focus on retirement and investment planning, helping individuals plan for their retirement and assisting employers in providing retirement benefits for their employees.

Kimberly Keel attended Delaware Valley University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management.
