Kurt Boehringer is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Derivative Path, Inc. since 2020, where the company specializes in providing advanced solutions for interest rate, commodity, and FX hedging. Prior to this role, Kurt co-founded EHB Capital, a specialty finance company focused on lending to underserved markets, and served as both CFO and Board Member until 2023. Kurt also held the position of Managing Director and Head of Finance at Clearpool Group from 2016 to 2020, where the fintech company offered electronic trading algorithms to institutional equity investors before its acquisition by Bank of Montreal. Earlier in the career, Kurt was a Senior Consultant in Risk Advisory at Ernst & Young from 2008 to 2011. Kurt holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, recognized with a Certificate of Academic Excellence in Finance, and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
