Marcin Radzikowski is a seasoned professional in data engineering and analytics with extensive experience in designing and building data management environments. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering & Integration at Moneris, Marcin previously held the Director of Data Engineering position at Loblaw Companies Limited, where a centralized data repository and analytics environment was established, significantly improving data governance and observability. At LoyaltyOne, Marcin worked in various roles including Associate Director of the Data Hub, where cloud-based solutions for big data analytics were implemented. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Aimia Inc, Carlson Marketing Canada, and Nortel Networks, focusing on strategy, analytics, and engineering. Marcin holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a BE in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Guelph.
