Kostana Banovic is a seasoned professional in the arts and cultural sector, currently serving as an Adviseur at Mondriaan Fonds since January 2023. Since January 2019, Kostana has also held the position of Zakelijk directeur at the Eastern Neighbours Film Festival NL, an annual showcase of cinema from East and Southeast Europe. Additionally, Kostana contributes as Art Director at KAMEN Artist Residency, promoting artistic research and production, and as a member of the O&O committee at CBK Rotterdam. Since January 2018, Kostana has been a Producer for Stichting artTrace, focusing on visual arts and film projects. Previous experience includes a decade as a Docent at HKU Fine Arts. Kostana holds a Master of Arts in Fine Art from MAHKU Utrecht and a Bachelor of Arts in Painting from HKU.
