Jürgen Dauk has a comprehensive work experience that spans several prominent companies and roles. Starting with their most recent position at Quadient as the Managing Director & Senior Vice President of Business Process Automation (ICA-BPA), they were responsible for overseeing sales and operations in the UK/I and Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Jürgen managed a team of approximately 160 people and successfully launched new SaaS solutions in the region.
Prior to their role at Quadient, Dauk worked at Mondial Software, Inc. as the Chief Growth Officer. In this position, they developed the go-to-market strategy, setting up the ICP and Buying Personas, and facilitated the ramping of SaaS business in the UK and US. Jürgen also established KPIs and OKRs to ensure scalability and repeated hyper-growth.
Before joining Mondial Software, Dauk held various roles at Oracle. As the Senior Sales Director for S&E EMEA, they were in charge of the S&E Cloud Sales and Services business in EMEA, as well as the SME business in DACH. Jürgen led teams spread across multiple countries. Additionally, they served as the Senior Sales Director for Central & Eastern Europe during their time at Oracle.
Dauk's tenure at Avaya included positions as Sales Director for New Business SaaS UCaaS and Sales Director for SaaS UCaaS Solutions SME. Jürgen was responsible for all net new sales business in Germany and oversaw five regional sales teams. Jürgen worked to promote Avaya's cloud-based SaaS engagement solutions.
At SAGEMCOM, Dauk served as the Sales Director for EMEA Software Solutions. Jürgen was responsible for growing the international sales organization and leading Sagemcom's Unified Communication solutions to success in the EMEA region.
Dauk's earlier experiences include roles at Open Text as a Regional Sales Manager in both Central & Eastern Europe and Central Europe. Jürgen was involved in providing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and automating document-centric business processes.
Before their time at Open Text, Dauk worked at RATIO Entwicklungen GmbH in various sales positions, including Sales Director and Sales Manager.

Jürgen Dauk began their education at Ostendorf from 1981 to 1992, although their field of study is unknown. Jürgen then attended Hamburg University of Technology from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Microelectronics, but did not obtain a specific degree. In 2008, they obtained the AIIM ECM Practicioner certification from AIIM International. In 2009, they attended Partners in EXCELLENCE for Sales Leadership, though it is unclear if they received a degree. In 2010, they pursued Coaching and Mentoring at Landmark for two years. In 2013, they obtained the HIPAA for Business Associates Certification from HIPAA. A year later, in 2014, they completed Lean Six Sigma Training at Avaya. In August 2015, they acquired the Channel Management Business Dynamics certification from Channel Corp. In 2020, they obtained the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2023, they accomplished the NLP Master degree at the Pletzer Academy, and also acquired the NLP-Practitioner certification in April of the same year.
