Marcin Gajos is an experienced professional in the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as Pulp and Energy Manager and Technology Manager at Mondi Group since January 2013, where responsibilities include supervising process engineers and environmental teams, optimizing efficiency and costs, and enhancing product quality. Previously, Marcin held the role of Lean Manufacturing Manager at Mondi Åšwiecie S.A. and TPM Manager at Delfortgroup GMBH, focusing on the implementation and management of continuous improvement processes. Marcin's career at Mondi Åšwiecie S.A. began in 2003 as Deputy Manager - Production Assistant, and included roles such as CEE Light Project Assistant, where Marcin oversaw the startup of a new paper machine project. Marcin's educational background includes studies at Lodz University of Technology, University of Warsaw, and Nicolaus Copernicus University.
