Rajesh Ramanathan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and business transformation across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Mondelēz International since June 2014, Rajesh leads global people initiatives for various commercial categories, partnering with senior leadership on strategic priorities including innovation and digital transformation. Prior roles include HR leadership positions at Kraft Foods and Cadbury India, where Rajesh was instrumental in operational model transformations and HR management for diverse business functions. Rajesh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Economics from Hindu College.
