Damien Tuzet currently serves as Senior Director, People lead for France and Functions Western Europe at Mondelēz International since September 2022. Prior to this role, Damien was Global Human Resources Director at Christofle, where responsibilities included rebuilding the organization post-COVID and implementing change management strategies. Experience also includes serving as Regional HR Director at MAKE UP FOR EVER (LVMH Group), focusing on organizational transformation and talent development, as well as HR Director for General Motors in France, where key achievements involved leading transformation initiatives and managing labor relations. Earlier career stages included significant HR roles at Chanel, British American Tobacco, and Suez Environnement, complemented by a Master’s in Human Resources and a Master's in Legal from prestigious institutions.
