Israr Khan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Israr started their career at GMR Group in 2007 as a Customer Service Officer, where they assisted passengers with their travel needs at the airport. Israr worked in this role until September 2009.
In 2010, Israr joined Fareportal as a Sr. Travel Consultant, where they made travel plans for US clients, including flights, hotels, cars, and packages. Israr transitioned to the role of Process Trainer in May 2013 and continued in that position until February 2016.
Israr's next venture was at Mondee, where they held various roles. Israr started as a Team Leader in August 2016 and worked in this position until July 2020. Israr then became the Training Team Lead from July 2020 to October 2022. Following that, they served as the Customer Success Lead from July 2022 to the present.
Most recently, Israr has taken on the position of Enterprise Business Manager at Mondee in May 2023.
Israr Khan completed a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Christ church college/Kanpur university from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in English Language from Army school from 1990 to 2004, specializing in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
