Olivier Saint Germain has worked in various roles since 2008. Olivier began their career as a Stage Direction des Systèmes Informatiques at Croix-Rouge in 2008. In 2010, they moved on to become a Consultant at Planisware. In 2014, they became Business Development at WeCook.fr and Co-Founder @Cleany, where they developed a service for office cleaning without commitment. Olivier also gave users access to additional services such as small tasks, recycling, delivery of snacks and drinks, and office supplies with a single monthly billing. In 2018, they joined Réseau Entreprendre as a Membre de Réseau Entreprendre Paris. In 2021, they took on the role of COO at Mondaycar.

Olivier Saint Germain attended Prépa Lycée Buffon from 2005 to 2007 and Télécom SudParis from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Ingénierie d'affaires.
