Chuck Schram has extensive work experience in the sales and dealer development field. Chuck is currently serving as the Director of North American Sales at Monday Motorbikes since November 2021. Previously, they worked as the U.S. Sales Director at Stealth Electric Bikes from May 2019 to December 2021.

Before that, Chuck was the VP of Sales/Dealer Development at AEV Technologies, Inc. in October-December 2018. Chuck also held the role of Regional Sales Director at Zero Motorcycles Inc. from December 2013 to January 2015 and January 2015 to October 2018, where they were responsible for the sales and promotion of electric motorcycles.

Prior to Zero Motorcycles, Chuck served as the Vice President of Sales/Dealer Development at Ural Motorcycles from February 2011 to December 2013. Chuck was the North American Sales Director at Vectrix Corporation from February 2008 to July 2009 and was involved in dealer development at Piaggio Group USA from February 2007 to February 2008.

Chuck started their career at Polaris Industries in December 1999, where they held various roles including Dealer Development Manager and District Sales Manager. Chuck played a crucial role in increasing Polaris market share and generating business partner marketing plans.

Before Polaris, Chuck began their professional journey at CARQUEST as the General Manager from August 1993 to December 1999. Chuck also gained experience at NAPA, where they served in various positions, including Territory Sales Manager at Sherwin Williams from March 1982 to August 1993. In this role, they were responsible for territory growth and providing product knowledge to body shops and NAPA Stores.

Chuck Schram attended Forest Hills High School from 1968 to 1972, where they completed the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Chuck then furthered their education at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
