Nazlı Temurtaş has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Arcelik. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an IT Business Analyst at Yapı Kredi, where they were responsible for analyzing projects and finding solutions to business needs. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Senior Business Analyst, where they worked on various projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Nazlı'smain responsibilities included organizing and leading project deployments and managing middle to large-sized projects. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of a Project Analyst at Yapı Kredi, where they continued to contribute to the company's success until 2018. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of MondayHero, Inc., where they currently hold the position.

Nazlı Temurtaş completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Istanbul Technical University from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they also received a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from the same institution, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Android Basics Nanodegree by Google - Google Developer Challenge Scholarship from Udacity in August 2018. Nazlı also received a Google Developer Challenge Scholarship from Udacity in November 2017.
