Tom Ronen is a skilled professional with extensive experience in both the military and business sectors. At monday.com, Tom serves as the VP of Customer Success & Renewals and as the Head of Customer Success, overseeing all support operations and managing a team of 30 Customer Success managers. Prior to this, Tom served in the Israeli Defense Forces where Tom held leadership positions such as Commanding Officer of a combat patrol ship unit. Tom's educational background includes a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Haifa.
