Brett Dalton possesses extensive experience in customer-facing roles, currently serving as a Presales Engineer at monday.com since April 2019, following positions as a Customer Experience Specialist and Customer Success Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Brett worked at Presentation Multimedia as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing client needs, implementing strategies, and ensuring timely execution of projects, as well as serving as a Marketing Assistant focused on analytical reporting and content creation. Additionally, Brett gained experience as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Rmd Realty Associates, conducting property research and client outreach. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the State University of New York Cortland, earned in 2017.
