Adney Silva

Adney Silva currently serves as an Associate Scale Customer Success Manager and ERG Global Lead at monday.com, contributing to productivity and workflow solutions for clients such as Netflix and Coca-Cola. Prior experience includes coaching at Xaverian High School, where Adney supported national-level students and managed a large debate team, as well as teaching and developing structured debate curricula with Lumos Debate. Adney's civic involvement includes participation as a Civic Fellow with the International Leadership Foundation and an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives, where legislative memorandums were prepared for advocacy on various social issues. Earlier roles also include a judicial internship at the New York State Supreme Court. Adney holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Politics, and Organizing from Franklin & Marshall College.
