Senior Director Customer Experience at Monarx

Daniel Roby has extensive experience in customer success and customer experience roles. Daniel currently holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience at Monarx since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Global Manager of Customer Success at Get Bridge from August 2021 to May 2022. Daniel also served as the Manager of Customer Success/Onboarding at Thumbtack from August 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they worked as the Customer Success Director at Boncom from December 2016 to August 2018. Daniel Roby has also held various roles at ExpertVoice, including Customer Success Director, Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Member Services Specialist, from 2012 to 2016. Their earliest work experience was as an Area Director at Young Life, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and leading staff and volunteers, as well as handling finance and fundraising committees, program direction, and public speaking from July 2000 to October 2011.

Daniel Roby obtained their Bachelor's degree from Bethel University. Daniel also obtained a certification in The Online Marketing Fundamentals from IAB in December 2016.
