Rebecca Gulino serves as the Region Administrator at Monarch Landscape Companies since August 2019. Previously, Rebecca provided bilingual social work services at Catholic Community Services from January 2016 to March 2018, focusing on comprehensive case management for Unaccompanied Refugee Minors. Prior experience includes working as a Youth Case Manager at Pioneer Human Services from June 2014 to January 2016, delivering bilingual case-management services for short-term youth from Central America. Rebecca also volunteered with VIDES+USA in Bolivia and Argentina in 2011 and 2012, assisting in community support initiatives. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Franciscan University of Steubenville and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Wenatchee Valley College.
