Nitesh Kumar Sharma, FMVA®, is a financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and research across various companies. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at JLL since October 2023, Nitesh previously held the role of Senior Financial Analyst at Oxane Partners from January 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Gallagher & Mohan, where Nitesh focused on underwriting multifamily deals and developing acquisition models, and at CB Wash, where responsibilities encompassed financial operations analysis and revenue forecasting.
