Daniel Darabaris, PHR SPHR, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and President of HR Operations at Monarch Consulting | HR Solutions since May 2022, while also holding the title of Human Resources Director and Principal Consultant. Previously, Daniel was the Human Resources Director at the New Jersey Reentry Corporation from January 2020 to May 2022, focusing on removing barriers to employment for individuals reentering society. Prior HR roles include HR Generalist and Assistant HR Manager at Hiossen and various positions at ADP, ranging from HR Solutions Specialist to Client Service Representative. Daniel co-founded US Home Mortgage Group, managing its operations and client relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Thomas Edison State University.
