Edie Empirio currently serves as President at Monarch Communities® as of November 2023 and is the Managing Director of Silver Wave Consulting LLC since July 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal - Operations at Capitol Seniors Housing from January 2020 to August 2022 and Vice President of Operations at Chelsea Senior Living between June 2007 and December 2019. Edie began a career at Sunrise Senior Living, holding various positions including Area Manager from March 1998 to May 2007. Edie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health and Gerontology from William Paterson University of New Jersey, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
