Scott Pross

Vice President Of Technology at Monalytic, a SolarWinds Company

Scott Pross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Scott started their career as a District Psychologist at North Attleborough Public Schools, where they conducted intelligence, achievement, and personality testing for students.

Scott then worked at Allpoint Info Systems, Inc. as a Network and Systems Engineer, responsible for installing and maintaining secured computer networks for various clients. Scott implemented and supported Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange, and performed troubleshooting on workstations.

At Gomez Inc., Scott served as a Windows Engineer in a network operations center, where they configured, maintained, and administered over 500 Windows servers. Scott also managed VPN tunnels between data centers.

Scott continued their career at Compuware (formerly Gomez) as a SaaS Informational Systems Engineer-Team Lead. In this role, they implemented, supported, and ensured data quality for the company's flagship product. Scott also provided Tier 3 support for all SaaS products and designed and implemented patch management and anti-virus policies.

Next, Scott joined Dynatrace as a DevOps Manager/NOC Manager, leading a team in automating system builds and configuration management for Windows and Linux servers. Scott also expanded the Production Engineering team.

At DGR Systems, Scott worked as a Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for architecting and implementing technology solutions for enterprise-class customers. Scott managed Office 365 projects and migrations, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

Currently, Scott is Vice President of Technology at Monalytic, a SolarWinds Company. In this role, they lead the advanced solutions group and is responsible for the technology strategy. Scott previously served as the Director of the same group.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in systems engineering, network management, and IT project management.

Scott Pross attended PennWest California from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained a Certification, Masters Degree, and Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
