Joshua Peterson is a Coater Process Engineer and Coater Supervisor at Monadnock Paper Mills since June 2022, with prior experience as a Food Server at LongHorn Steakhouse from April 2018 to May 2022. Joshua completed internships at Sappi and Packaging Corporation of America in 2021 and 2020, respectively, focusing on process improvement through data collection and analysis using PI systems and Excel. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, earned between 2018 and 2022, and graduated from Hermon High School in June 2018.
