Patricia Lovering has extensive experience at Monadnock Community Hospital since September 1993, currently serving as Director of Medical Staff Services while also having held roles such as Patient Financial Services Manager and Information Support Specialist. Over the years, Patricia has managed various teams and provided supervision, notably overseeing 25 employees in the medical staff area. Between January 2001 and January 2004, Patricia worked as an IT Systems Applications Analyst, focusing on the McKesson EC2000-Claims Administrator system, implementing and supporting various information systems. Prior roles include Patient Financial Services Supervisor and Patient Registration Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed staff support, software implementation, and department operations. Early career experience includes work as a Registrar and Floral Designer/Manager. Patricia holds a High School Diploma from Manchester Central High School with further studies in Business Administration and Management, and a refresher course in Microsoft Office from NHTI.
