Jordan Steiner is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as CEO of Developer Capital since November 2023 and Chief Strategy Officer at Monadical since March 2023, Jordan previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at LionGuard Capital Management Inc. from July 2020 to March 2023, specializing in small capitalization US equities. Prior experience includes a leadership role at Lester Asset Management from May 2011 to July 2020, where Jordan was promoted to Head of Fixed Income, overseeing a significant portion of the firm's assets under management while focusing on high-yield bonds. Jordan began the career as an Analyst and Associate Portfolio Manager after earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University between 2005 and 2008.
