Jon Croft

Chief Culture Officer at MOM's Organic Market

Jon Croft has a diverse work experience starting in 1993 with Peace Corps as a Community Development Volunteer, facilitating rapid rural appraisals and implementing secondary projects related to agriculture. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a Spanish Teacher in Prince George's County Public Schools. In 1998, they served as a Peace Corps Response Volunteer before transitioning to Cornell University in 2000 as a Research Associate and Humuya Watershed Rehabilitation Project Manager. Jon then joined the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as a Rural Development Consultant from 2002 to 2004, focusing on crop diversification and farmer interest group formation. Since 2003, they have been involved with MOM's Organic Market, initially holding the position of VP of Leadership and Development and currently serving as the Chief Culture Officer.

Jon Croft has a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. Jon earned this degree between 1987 and 1992. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University. Jon completed their master's degree program from 1997 to 2000.
