Ramses H. currently serves as a Process & Application Manager and Second-Level Support at momox, focusing on maintaining and auditing On-Page Chatbot KPIs and providing support for both momox.de and momox-fashion. Ramses has been producing music under the artist name "Revengeday" since 2014, specializing in cyber-dystopian Drum and Bass, Techstep, and Techno while collaborating with various companies and events. As a Co-Founder of Yawning Cat Records, Ramses managed A&R, artist contracts, and distribution in the music industry. Previous experience includes project management at SPACE SQUAD, customer solutions at PayPal, and coaching at Competence Call Center for eBay's Concierge service, along with roles in customer service and business development. Ramses holds education credentials from ILS - Institut für Lernsysteme GmbH, attained between 2018 and 2020.
