Phương Nguyễn Huyên has extensive work experience in corporate communications, specifically in the roles of Associate Director and Head of Corporate Communications. Phương began their career at Fpt Telecom as a PR Manager in 2005 and worked there until 2011. Following that, they joined FPT Corporation as a PR Manager from 2011 to 2014. Since 2014, Phương has been working at MoMo (M_Service), first as the Head of Corporate Communications until 2021 and currently as the Associate Director of Corporate Communication.

From 2000 to 2004, Phương Nguyễn Huyên attended the University of Social Sciences & Humanities, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communications.
