Long Pham has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Long is currently the Director of R&D - AI & Big Data at MoMo (M_Service), where they have been working since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Zalo AI at VNG Corporation from April 2019 to April 2021. From May 2013 to April 2019, they held the position of Senior Technical Manager in mobile utility software at VNG Corporation. Before that, they were the Director of the Research & Development Center at Fpt Telecom from December 2009 to May 2013. Long Pham began their career as a Software Developer at Radiant Systems, where they worked from September 2005 to October 2007. Long also gained valuable experience as a Software IT Architect at IBM from April 2008 to April 2010, specializing in High Performance On Demand Solutions and Cloud Computing.

Long Pham obtained a Bsc in Computer Science from Hanoi University of Technology, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Long then pursued postgraduate study in Computer Science at Czech Technical University in Prague from 1997 to 2002.
