Shane Siva is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director & Group CEO at Momentus Growth and Managing Partner at Goldbear Capital, Shane has previously held significant positions such as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Rokstad Power and Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at GE Oil & Gas. Shane's career began as a Financial Analyst at Digital Equipment Corporation and includes substantial tenures at KPMG Canada and Ernst & Young LLP. In addition to a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Management from the University of Toronto, Shane has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and other leadership programs, including the Experienced Financial Leadership Program at GE Crotonville. Shane is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Canada.
