Palesa Liphoto has a strong background in the actuarial field. Palesa started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Bryte Insurance Company Limited in February 2016 and worked in that role until April 2019. Palesa then took on the position of Senior Actuarial Analyst at Bryte Insurance Company Limited from April 2019 to December 2019. From December 2019 to June 2021, Palesa worked as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Deloitte. Palesa then got promoted to the role of Assistant Actuarial Manager at Deloitte from June 2021 to September 2022. Their most recent position is as an Actuarial Manager at Deloitte, which they held from September 2022 to December 2022. Currently, Palesa Liphoto is the Head of Corporate Actuarial at Momentum starting from December 2022.

Palesa Liphoto obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics from the University of Pretoria, from 2012 to 2015.
