Luisa Jones is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Client Marketing at Momentum ITSMA since June 2014. Over the years, Luisa has held various significant roles within the organization, including Member Success Director, Client Experience Director, Client Director, Senior Account Manager, and Account Based Marketing Manager. Additionally, Luisa has been an Advisory Board Manager at the Momentum ITSMA Advisory Board since January 2022, contributing to a global platform for senior marketing leaders. Prior to joining Momentum ITSMA, Luisa worked as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Logicall Results Ltd from April 2006 to October 2009.
