Rae-Lynn Homan

Financial Literacy Facilitator at Momentum Community Economic Development Society

Rae-Lynn Homan is an experienced financial literacy facilitator currently at Momentum, where responsibilities include coordinating the Youth Fair Gains matched-savings program for youth aged 16-24 since March 2017. Previous roles include mentoring coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada and various positions at Calgary Catholic Immigration Society, including workshop facilitator and program coordinator for the Jumpstart to Success program, focusing on employability skills for immigrant and refugee youth. Rae-Lynn has also worked as a youth employment program coordinator at Calgary Construction Association and held roles at Prospect Human Services Society, Kids Smart Calgary, Renfrew Educational Services, and Janus Academy, with a strong background in program administration, youth support, and education.
