Bini Ramachandran, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Proteomics at Momentum Biotechnologies since October 2023. Previously, Bini held the position of Proteomics Technical Lead at the University of Cambridge from September 2021 to September 2023, focusing on designing and optimizing mass spectrometry workflows. Additionally, Bini worked as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, developing targeted quantitative proteomics methods for detecting food allergens from January 2018 to August 2021, and as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the National Centre for Biological Sciences, specializing in membrane and organelle proteomics from January 2015 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes roles as a Freelance Editor at Cactus Communications and an Application Specialist for Mass Spectrometry/Proteomics at Thermo Fisher Scientific, as well as teaching at SRM College of Arts & Science. Bini earned a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University.
