Caitlin Gaffney has extensive experience in external affairs and client services, currently serving as a Staff Manager at The Museum of Modern Art since October 2016, following a role as Client Services Manager. Prior to this, Caitlin worked at Dylan's Candy Bar for nearly nine years, progressing to Assistant Sales Manager and handling responsibilities such as money management, staff training, inventory ordering, and budget monitoring. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing Communications from Fordham University, earned between September 2021 and March 2023, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the New York Institute of Technology, completed in 2015.
