Maria Cecilia Armando Chaer has over 25 years of professional experience. Maria Cecilia started their career in 1993 as a Marketing Assistant at Real Seguros. In 1995, they moved to Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência S.A. as a Senior Marketing Analyst. In 2000, they joined Ogilvy as an American Express key account Junior Manager. In 2001, they began working at Itau Unibanco in a variety of roles including CRM Senior Manager (Credit Card Business Unit), Executive Manager for Special Projects, CRM Manager (retail bank), and Internet Manager (retail bank). In 2018, Maria Cecilia Armando Chaer took a professional career break to become a full-time mom. In 2021, they joined Mom Relaunch as the Director of Accounting and Payroll, and also became an Advisor at OGA Tecnologia. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Bookkeeper at Amal Alliance.

Maria Cecilia Armando Chaer has an extensive education history. Maria Cecilia obtained an Executive MBA from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in e-management from 2003 to 2005. Maria Cecilia then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Marketing from Universidade Paulista from 1992 to 1995.
