Prior to this role, Jim was the Managing Director at CHAMP Private Equity and held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President at Gavilon Group, LLC. With a background in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Jim has extensive experience in providing operational and strategic direction to various companies in the global market.
