Michael Willey, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR and Learning & Development teams across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Molson Coors Beverage Company since January 2015, Michael has led HR functions in multiple facilities, including a large Union Brewery and the Shenandoah Brewery. Previous roles include HR leadership positions at Unicircuit, Associated Hygienic Products, Snap-on Tools, PPG Industries, and Millennium Rail, where significant contributions to employee retention, production capacity, and operational performance were achieved. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
