MaryLynn Ferguson-McHugh has extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer for Family Care and P&G Ventures at Procter & Gamble, a position held since 1986. Ferguson-McHugh has held numerous leadership roles within the company, including Group President for Europe and Global Family Care, and Vice President positions in both North America Family Care and Global Personal Health Care. Since 2015, Ferguson-McHugh has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Molson Coors Beverage Company. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
