David Grossman has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the food industry. David currently serves as the President and CEO of Epic Burger, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were the President of Fresh Food Management since 2008. In addition, they have worked as a Partner at DMK Burger Bar from 2017 to 2021 and as an Area Developer at Freshii from 2008 to 2017. Before those roles, they served as the Director of Restaurant Leasing at GGP from 1996 to 2008 and as the Director of Leasing at Subway from 1989 to 1996.

David Grossman attended Glenbrook North High School from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at The University of Kansas from 1985 to 1989.
