Katie Ruff is an experienced sensory scientist at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where work since October 2020 includes responsibilities as both a sensory scientist and associate sensory scientist. Prior to this role, Katie served as a food scientist and associate food scientist at Dairyfood USA Inc. from August 2017 to October 2020, contributing to new product development and brand maintenance. Earlier career experience includes positions as a café barista at ISU Dining and a culinary intern at Trusted Media Brands, Inc., focusing on recipe development and food preparation.
