Tom Wiegand is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in complex litigation and negotiation. Currently a Partner at MoloLamken LLP, Tom has achieved significant settlements for residential mortgage-backed securities trusts and successfully mediated corporate disputes using innovative negotiation strategies inspired by prominent negotiation theories. Previously, as a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, Tom effectively dismissed class action warranty claims against a major computer manufacturer and gained strategic advantages in fiduciary duty cases. Early in their career, Tom served as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates and as the First Assistant to Professor Roger Fisher at the Harvard Negotiation Project, where Tom contributed to conflict resolution and negotiation training. Tom holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Yale University.
