Phylicia Rada has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Phylicia started their career at Option Care Health in September 2017 as a Nutrition Care Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Nutrition Care Specialist from September 2018 to September 2019. Phylicia then advanced to become an Enteral Services Supervisor, a position they held from September 2019 to August 2022.

In 2022, they joined MoLo Solutions as a Customer Operations Representative in August and was promoted to the role of Customer Operations Specialist in January 2023.
