Alec Scharlow has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Alec started their career in 2014 as a Busboy at The Range Grill and Tap. In 2015, they joined Batavia Park District as a Park Technician and worked there until 2019. From 2018 to 2020, Alec worked at Prairie Woods Golf Course as a Pro Shop employee. In 2021, they joined Schneider as an Account Sales Representative, responsible for managing customer accounts. Later in the same year, Alec transitioned to MoLo Solutions as an Account Manager. Their role involves overseeing the logistics operation for specific customers and ensuring synchronization of the supply chain.

Alec Scharlow pursued their education in business and managerial economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2015 to 2020. Alec received their Bachelor's degree from this institution. Before attending the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Alec Scharlow enrolled in Waubonsee Community College from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on business and commerce, though they did not obtain a degree during this time.
